Starlites Mini-Basket Picnic 2026
On SATURDAY 23rd May instead of the usual mini basketball practices at Naxxar, we are having our mini- basketball training picnic!
On this day instead of our sessions in Naxxar, we will have our training sessions at Ta’ Qali National Park 😊. We meet at the entrance of the National Park (next to the water fountain) at 9.00am sharp and we make our way to the picnic area from there.
On this day the u8’s have a tournament so they will join us right after at about 10.30am. The coach and helpers will lead the group to our picnic area.
Training sessions at the picnic site will be different than usual and will be held as below:
- U12: 9.00am to 10.00am
- U10: 10.00am to 11.00am
- U6: 11.00am to 12.00 noon
After the sessions children will engage in other sport and fun activities, interact, and have fun. All children need to bring the below with them:
- Water (plenty)
- Personal ball
- Wipes to clean hands
- Lunch (packed lunch/sandwiches etc..
The picnic will come to an end at 1.00pm. Parents are to collect their children from the same meeting place; the water fountain at the entarnce of the National Park.
